October 2026: Makeup times, shortcuts and a choosable admin overview

The documentation has been checked against the app as it stands after October 2026. Seven new articles, and eleven updated.

New article

• Makeup times — the Makeup tab on the production page: standing times before the show or at a fixed clock time, overrides for one show, matinee and evening, and where the times show.

Six surfaces that had no article

• Permissions lookup, Email deliverability, Background jobs, Dashboard defaults per role and Sidebar pins under Admin.
• Offline and sync — the queue behind clocking without a connection.
• The kiosk article gains its audit trail, and the audit log article says what the CSV export contains.

Updated after changes in the app

• Dashboard — shortcuts as tiles, Add to dashboard next to the pin button, a page of its own for editing them, new widgets for makeup times and account counts, and automatic refresh while the page is open.
• The admin overview — Edit cards to choose and order the cards, and Show on my dashboard per card.
• The production page and Production schedule and call sheets — the new tab, the makeup time on the call sheet line, and an empty state with a date picker on days without events.
• Kiosk — the makeup board view mode, and that private, unpublished and cancelled events never show on a screen.
• Event detail and New event — the Call department permission, email to sub-event attendees on changes and cancellation, and create controls shown only to those who can use them.
• Roles — the two new permissions, and who holds them implicitly.
• The person profile — the expiry badge on time-limited accounts.
