The inbox gathers schedule changes, call sheets, timesheet decisions, shift swaps, and messages. Unread counts show in the sidebar and browser tab, and push can be enabled per channel.

A one-off message to a curated audience — a group, a production, or everyone called to a single event. Recipients who have turned email off are skipped, unless you explicitly override that.
