Production schedule and call sheets
A production’s schedule lives in two places: the main planner, where the production appears alongside everything else, and the Plan tab on the production page, which shows only this production’s events. Same data, two entrances.
The Plan tab and repertory rotation
Link to this headingThe Plan tab has the same views and tools as the main planner, scoped to the production. On top of that comes repertory rotation: give it the production’s event templates and a pattern, and it generates the performance series for you instead of placing one by one. The rotation requires the production to have its own templates — create them on the Templates tab.
Call times
Link to this headingThe Call Times tab sets default report-in and release times per person as offsets from the event’s start and end — the stage manager perhaps reports an hour early, the crew two. The times are versioned from a given date, so a mid-period change only applies going forward.
Call sheets
Link to this headingFrom Call Times you generate the call sheet for a chosen date:
- Download PDF — a branded A4 with every event that day and each called person’s report-in and release time, with character names where they exist. The production’s colour runs along the sheet’s edge stripe.
- Email call sheets — sends to everyone called who has an email address and call-sheet notifications switched on.
Sharing the schedule outside runorder
Link to this headingUnder Share at the top of the production page you mint public share links — a readable page of upcoming events, no login — and an iCal feed performers and crew can subscribe to in their own calendars. Change notifications are governed under Settings → Notifications: email on event changes, call sheets, schedule shifts, and an optional Teams channel.
