The production library
Link to this headingEach production groups events, participants, files, templates, and permissions in one place. Status (pre-production / active / closed) decides where in the library the production lives.
The productions list
BASEThe list shows every open production with status, dates, venue, and cast count. Closed productions move to the archive. Filter by venue, search, and use bulk actions for status and archiving.
The production page
BASETabs cover the whole production — Main, Plan, Rehearsal plan, Participants, Casting, Call Times, Files, Templates — plus Permissions, History, and Settings for managers. Sharing sits as its own button at the top.
New production
BASEOnly the title is required — subtitle, description, venue, colour, and key dates can be filled in later. The colour must be unique per production, and new productions start in Pre-production.
House
BASEThe production for work that belongs to no show — maintenance, training, changeovers between runs. It sits at the top of the production picker as House — not tied to a show, and is created the first time someone picks it.
The archive
BASEClosed productions live in the archive and can still be edited. Archive & lock additionally makes them read-only — reopening happens here with Mark active or by lifting the lock.
Casting and participants
BASEThe Participants tab gathers stage management, artistic team, and technical crew; Casting maps characters to performers with primary, understudy, and cover. The cast feeds the planner's cast panel and the call sheets.
Share links
BASERead-only links to a production's upcoming events, openable without an account. Label each one so you know who holds which, and revoke it if it goes astray.
Production schedule and call sheets
BASEThe Plan tab is the production's own planner with repertory rotation; Call Times sets report-in offsets per person, and the call sheet generates as a branded PDF per date — or goes straight out by email.
