Time clock

Time clock is the simplified clock-in/clock-out page, built for the phone in your pocket: large touch targets, no week navigation, just Clock in and Clock out with a running timer in between.

How it works

If you clock in while you’re called to a live event, the entry links to it automatically — the card shows the event, production, and room, in the production’s colour. At clock-out you can record break minutes, subtracted from the total, and an optional note.

The entries land straight in the week’s time tracking — the week is created automatically if it doesn’t exist.

One open entry at a time

You can’t clock in twice — clock out first. And if the week is submitted or the day sits in a locked payroll period, the punch is rejected with a message.

Requires your account to be linked to a person record; if it isn’t, you’re told to contact an administrator.

This page is personal. The shared screens in the foyer and backstage — with the day’s programme — are the kiosk module, managed under Admin → Kiosk displays.
