Organisation

Admin → Organisation holds the top-level details: organisation name, default timezone, contact email, website, address, and default language (with an auto option — existing users keep their own language choice). The logo is uploaded here — PNG, JPEG, SVG, and WebP up to 2 MB — together with the brand colour.

Two operational choices also live here:

• Self-certification scheme — standard (3 days per spell, 4 spells per 12 months) or IA (8 days, 24 self-certified days). Feeds the quota check in the leave flow.
• Strict reservation mode — when on, shifts and events overlapping a reservation are rejected unless someone with the override permission confirms explicitly. Off means reservations are informational only.

The danger zone: deleting the organisation

At the bottom, the organisation can be deleted — a cascade that removes everything. The flow requires generating a full export first (every table as CSV plus attachments), typing the organisation name, and scheduling the deletion with a 30-day grace period that can be paused. Recovery afterwards goes through support.
