Support access

Sometimes runorder needs to see what you see. Support access is that way in — time-limited, approved by an owner, and visible to you throughout.

Nobody at runorder gets into your workspace unless an owner has actively let them in. There is no route around this screen.

Asking for help

An admin starts with Request support from runorder and can add a short note under What do you need help with?. It is optional, but it makes the request easier for an owner to judge.

A code is then emailed to the workspace owners. It lasts one hour. Until someone enters it the request sits pending and nothing has changed — asking grants no access by itself.

Approving as an owner

Only an owner can finish this. Enter the Code from the email, choose how many hours the access should last under Allow access for, and confirm with Approve access.

If you are an admin but not an owner, you are told that only an owner can enter the code. That is not a fault — it is the point of the arrangement: the person asking for help is not the person letting anyone in.

While access is live

The page shows runorder support has access until, with the moment the access lapses on its own. You do not have to do anything to end it.

To end it sooner, End access now does so immediately. The request, who asked, when, and the approval all remain in the audit log.
