The productions list

Productions shows every open production — those in Pre-production or Active. Each row shows title with production number and subtitle, status, dates (opening–closing), venue, and the cast & crew count. Closed productions live in the archive, reached with View archive.

Finding your way in the list

Filter by venue with the filter pills, or search — the search matches title, subtitle, and venue. Sort by title, status, opening date, venue, or member count. Layouts you use often can be saved as views and recalled with one click.

Active productions sit at the top by default, then pre-production, sorted by opening date.

Bulk actions

Select several productions to change them together:

• Mark closed — moves them to the archive.
• Mark active — reopens them, and lifts any archive lock at the same time.
• Archive & lock — sets the status to Closed and locks the productions against changes. Confirmed before it runs.

Closed is not the same as locked

A closed production sits in the archive but can still be edited. Only Archive & lock makes it read-only. See The archive.

New productions are created with New Production in the top right — see New production.
