Groups

Admin → Groups holds the organisation’s person groups — ensembles, technical crews, access groups. The list shows each group with its member count, an avatar row of members, and a role category pill — Stage management, Crew, Cast, Wardrobe, or General — set manually or inferred from the name.

Per group you set name, description, location, sort order, and two flags:

• Administrative / security group — a pure access construct hidden from regular lists for non-administrators.
• Visibility on the intranet and in timesheet approval.

Group membership inherits permissions and is used as a filter in the people list, timesheets, and reports. Groups are archived when obsolete.
