Share links
Sometimes people outside the building need to see the plan — press, sponsors, a visiting company. Share links give them a readable page without anyone having to be created as a user.
The link shows the production’s upcoming events. Private events are not included, and the recipient cannot change anything.
Creating a link
Link to this headingCreate share link takes an optional Label. Use it — “Press”, “Sponsors”, the name of the visiting company. Without labels, a list of several links becomes impossible to tell apart on the day one of them needs shutting off.
Each link shows when it was created, so you can see which have been out in the world a long time.
Revoking
Link to this headingRevoke closes a link immediately. Revoked links stay in a separate list, so what was once shared remains traceable.
