Corrections and rejections
When recorded hours don’t add up — a bad punch, a forgotten break, a disagreement about overtime — it’s resolved in the approval flow. runorder has no separate dispute queue; instead, every tool in the approval queue is tracked, so disagreements can be resolved in the open.
The tools
Link to this heading- Reject the day with a note — the note shows on the person’s period, and the week reopens so the person can correct it themselves.
- Adjust the entry — the manager corrects the punch times or break directly. The original times are always preserved: the entry is badged Modified, and anyone can see what was there before.
- Un-approve the day — reverts an approval or rejection back to pending, with an optional reason shared in the history.
