Event detail

Edit timing, room, type, attendees, and notes for a single event. Sub-events let you slice an event into named segments (e.g. Act I, Act II) without creating separate rows on the grid.

Cancelling marks the event as ‘cancelled’ but keeps its row so participants still see it on their schedule with a strike-through.
